Job summary

Acuity seeks a Director Product Management to lead Record to Report capabilities across the enterprise, owning long-term product direction and driving AI-enabled financial processes. This role partners with Controllership, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit to deliver standardized, scalable R2R solutions within Oracle Fusion Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in finance, accounting, controllership, or finance systems with 3+ years leading multi-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials strongly preferred, via major implementation or transformation.
• Proven success scaling finance operations and improving close/reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of controllership, A2R/R2R, AP, AR, cash ops, tax, internal audit, and cross-functional finance processes.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Record to Report product roadmap and governance for GL, SLA, AP, AR, and related processes.
• Lead product management for R2R finance platforms and oversee enhancements and integrations.
• Standardize master data, configurations, reporting structures, and accounting rules across entities.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows for close and reporting.
• Collaborate with controllership, treasury, tax, and audit to align requirements with technology.
• Define epics, user stories, and roadmaps for finance-focused delivery teams.
