This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical oversight, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating vendors (Veeva, Medidata), and ensuring compliant, scalable platforms for trials.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT data analytics with healthcare/pharma domain exposure.
• 6+ years of project management and 8+ years of people leadership.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project technical teams and define long-term data strategies.
• Design scalable data infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, audits).
• Drive solution design for clinical platforms and manage vendor relationships.
