Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading large-scale industry initiatives, supply chains, or public-private partnerships.
  • Experience engaging with government agencies and private sector partners.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic market engagement and revenue growth for IQMP.
  • Structure partnership agreements with quantum and microelectronics firms with public agencies.
  • Lead negotiations with investors, firms, and government entities on high-value projects.
  • Manage relationships with IQMP tenants and partners and align with IQMP leadership.
  • Collaborate with IL EDC, DCEO, P33 and other partners to attract and promote IQMP as a top destination.
  • Represent IQMP at local, national and global industry events and forums.
