Northern Trust is seeking a Director of Quantitative and Index Product Marketing to elevate our platform, sharpen the competitive story, and drive adoption and loyalty among investors. You will define positioning, develop content, and lead launches with collaboration across Marketing, Investments, and Sales teams.

The role requires 15+ years in asset management marketing, strong communication, and deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of asset management marketing experience with Quantitative/Index platforms and B2B concentration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft differentiated product messaging.
• Deep product technical knowledge and ability to translate complex investment concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establish clear product marketing strategies for the Quantitative and Index platform aligned with goals and budgets.
• Define product positioning and distill technical concepts into simple messages by client segment.
• Lead new product launches with value propositions and go-to-market materials.
• Serve as SME for all marketing activities (advertising, campaigns, thought leadership).
• Develop and manage product content across assets (videos, articles, website, social, presentations).
• Leverage competitive research and data-driven tools to identify advantages.
• Ensure marketing materials meet regulatory obligations across channels and regions.
