As the Director of Quality and Reliability Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to ensure the optimal reliability of DDN products across their lifecycle—from concept to production. This includes developing performance evaluation methods using testing, modeling, and historical data, with a focus on improving product reliability based on design, process elements, customer mission profiles, and applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional development teams and customers to build reliability plans, assess technical risks early in the design process, and drive data-based decision-making. This role requires creating and maintaining a comprehensive failure modes database and utilizing structured methodologies such as Design for Six Sigma and Robust Design principles to ensure DDN products meet long-term customer needs.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $172,400 – 258,500 (subject to change depending on location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentives + Benefits
