Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or another clinical healthcare degree.
• Master’s degree (MPH, MSN, or MBA) preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or willingness to obtain within two years; RN licensure or other clinical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate-wide quality initiatives and strategic resource allocation.
• Operationalize system-wide quality practices across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and support during audits and surveys.
