Willmeng Construction is seeking a Director of QA/QC to lead a company-wide quality program and drive continuous improvement across market sectors. You will champion building science, oversee QC teams, and guide quality planning from preconstruction through warranty.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction QA/QC, deep knowledge of means and methods, and proficiency with Procore. The role supports Willmeng's growth and commitment to excellence with cross-region impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry and QA/QC leadership.
• Thorough working knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and QA/QC processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Construction or other quality methodologies.
• Proficiency in construction management software platforms (e.g., Procore).
• Thorough knowledge of commercial construction, safety standards, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a company-wide quality program.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Quality Program Managers, Inspectors, and field staff across regions.
• Coordinate preconstruction quality planning and design coordination meetings.
• Provide expert guidance on building envelope systems, moisture control, and thermal performance.
• Develop and implement quality testing and evaluation processes, inspection protocols, and QC documentation standards.
• Oversee QC inspections and reporting; build enterprise-wide quality KPIs.
