Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration (for leadership roles).
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with HDR business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management through process and resource reviews and advisory services on projects.
• Drive quality assurance and control in coordination with the Quality Manager.
