Doceree Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development for Publishers in Short Hills, NJ.

This role focuses on building senior-level partnerships with healthcare endemic publishers in the US, driving revenue, and expanding Doceree’s publisher solutions including AdManager and Publisher AI Suite. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in quota-carrying BD, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close complex deals with executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying business development or partner engagement role focused on new business.
• Experience in healthcare vertical, specifically with Healthcare Publishers in the US market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with C-suite exposure.
• Track record of creative solution selling and problem solving in healthcare.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Hands-on, independent, and capable of driving the full BD process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to engage and close new partners focusing on Healthcare Endemic Publications.
• Own and maintain all aspects of sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful deal closures and handoff to account teams.
• Stay informed on healthcare marketplace, Health IT, marketing tech, and monetization.
• Contribute to market knowledge to develop revenue-generating strategies.
• Report activity in CRM and related tools; maintain professional communications.
