UNC-Chapel Hill seeks a Director of Prospect Research and Analytics to lead identification of major gifts, optimize the donor pipeline, and produce data-driven fundraising insights for the Arts and Sciences Foundation. You will oversee a Development Data Analyst, coordinate with College leadership, and drive data quality and actionable reporting across campaigns.

The role requires 3–5 years in research analytics, strong leadership, and proficiency with fundraising databases.

Formación

• 3–5 years of related or transferable experience, including management experience.
• Ability to synthesize, summarize, and assess a high volume of information to create concise reports.
• Clear, effective communication with diverse constituencies; meet deadlines; self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prospect identification, donor pipeline support, campaign reporting, and data analysis.
• Supervise a Development Data Analyst and ensure workflow prioritization and quality control.
• Collaborate with College leadership and Foundation partners to meet data needs and inform fundraising strategy.
• Lead CRM training and promote data integrity across development operations.
