• Build and maintain a transparent, consistent business operations framework for QRI.
• Build strong relationships with research, technology, compliance, product, vendors and clients.
• Drive prioritization and automate to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Understand quantitative investment processes: data inputs, validation, index methodology, and dependencies.
• Maintain workflow documentation and procedures for consistency.
• Balance evolving priorities with risk, quality and timelines.
