Job summary

Tishman Speyer Properties seeks a Director of Property Operations and Corporate Services Procurement to drive bottom-line savings through company-wide sourcing in partnership with senior leadership and partners across geographies.

You will develop procurement capabilities, manage supplier relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and implement KPI-driven sourcing strategies across corporate goods and services.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of procurement, vendor management, or facilities management experience in real estate or multi‑unit properties.
• Proven track record managing multiple service categories (janitorial, security, maintenance, professional services).
• Strong contracting and procurement acumen; experience negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience developing and managing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; ability to influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement capability within Property Operations and Corporate functions across U.S. and globally.
• Improve supplier performance and drive cost savings; manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with sourcing processes.
• Develop and implement commodity/supply chain strategies for corporate goods and services to deliver value and standardization.
• Negotiate and execute contracts and purchase orders to support business needs.
• Establish and enforce KPI metrics for procurement activities and savings measurement.
