Job summary

JCW Group, in partnership with an aggressively expanding financial services firm, seeks an SVP of project finance to own credit analysis and opinions across a growing U.S. portfolio including power, energy and infrastructure.

You will lead on project and infrastructure financings, perform financial modeling, and prepare reports for committee materials while guiding junior analysts and coordinating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial analysis experience with credit experience specific to Project Finance.
• Technical depth within structured finance, credit monitoring/risk, financial modeling, and credit decisioning.
• Strong power sector, infrastructure, and financial markets knowledge, with corporate finance and financial statement analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead on project and infrastructure financings across power and energy (gas, wind, solar, hydro), digital infrastructure, and broader infrastructure (PPPs, airports, ports).
• Perform financial statement analysis, build and apply financial models, and draft reports and committee materials.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to conduct full lifecycle credit decisions (risks, ratings, creditworthiness etc).
• Mentor and coach junior analysts while building the team's technical bench strength.

JCW is partnering with an aggressively expanding financial services firm who are looking for an SVP within project finance. This is a rare opportunity for a senior credit professional to take a lead seat on a high-visibility Project Finance team, owning a growing U.S. portfolio spanning power, energy, and infrastructure while working directly with senior leadership and helping shape sector methodology.

The Role

As an SVP, you'll own credit analysis and opinions across a diverse book of project and infrastructure finance transactions, while mentoring junior team members and representing the firm externally.
