This position is accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the multi-functional clinical areas for the entity. If candidate does not have BSN, then graduate degree must be MSN.- Required **Essential Functions** * Directs the strategic planning process for assigned areas of the specific entity (region).* Determines direction, goals, and objectives of assigned areas and ensures implementation of strategic and operating plans. Directs the development of short and long range plans and budgets for the specific entity (region).* Develops and recommends overall organizational policies and objectives within functional area(s), and ensures their implementation for the specific entity (region).* In conjunction with the peer Directors, ensures that the integration and system coordination of all aspects of the functional clinical area(s) occur.* Manages contract services, and/or outside relationships relating to daily operations. Communicates and ensures that entity processes are developed and implemented to ensure that entity stakeholders/constituents needs are met.* Ensures organizational compliance with legislation and regulations as they impact assigned areas.
