What you’ll do as a Director Program Management Operations

• Train and develop leadership skills within the team, emphasizing safety and engagement
• Participate in new market start-ups, focusing on hiring and developing local management
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency across multiple business lines
• Plan and execute operational projects impacting company results
• Align and manage project tasks to meet business goals
• Track and report on training, development, and project progress, ensuring timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
• Manage competing project constraints
• Perform other duties as assigned
• This role requires travel up to 75%

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Minimum of 10 years in senior management within construction, engineering, or telecommunications, managing large-scale projects with customer-facing responsibilities
• Extensive change management experience
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, delegation, and follow-up skills; ability to work across departments
• Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
• Project coordination skills focusing on daily tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software
• Strong time management skills, including calendar management and goal setting
• Experience maintaining documented processes and quality systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools

Additional qualifications

• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and present information effectively
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to analyze complex problems and follow detailed instructions

The expected salary range is $125,000 - $135,000 per year.
