Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a program management leader to support the Neuromuscular team and the late-stage development and launch of BBP-418. The role requires a proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to organize priorities, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive high-quality execution.

• Master’s degree in a scientific subject preferred.
• PMP certification desirable.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical drug development experience with Phase 2/3 and cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in a fast-paced company.

• Oversee all program management activities including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management.
• Effectively manage meetings such as Global Product Team and Global Development Team, capturing outcomes and actions.
• Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen within program teams.
• Identify and champion PM best practices, dashboards, tools, and processes.
• Report program information to the Executive Team and functional heads; support LR and budget planning.
• Anticipate and resolve priorities and plan discrepancies; manage multiple responsibilities.

What You'll Do

We are seeking program management leadership to support the BridgeBio Neuromuscular team and the late-stage development and launch of BBP-418.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to organize program priorities, support cross-functional collaboration and support high-quality execution. This position will be responsible for developing, organizing, managing, and driving integrated product development plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management related to our program(s).
• Effectively manage team meetings, including the Global Product Team and Global Development Team, by ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, capturing and disseminating meeting outcomes, information, and action items, and following up on critical actions with teams.
• Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen while setting high standards that drive alignment, collaboration, accountability, and goal achievement within Program teams.
• Identify and champion best practices in BBS Program Management, including the use of dashboards, templates, tools, and processes to drive efficiency, alignment, and effective planning.
• Reporting and presentation of program information to the Executive Team, functional heads, and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-range planning (LRP) and budgetary planning at the program level.
• Clearly and proactively anticipate, identify, track, communicate, and propose resolution options for discrepancies in priorities and plans, prioritize complex and multiple/conflicting responsibilities and/or issues.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in a scientific subject preferred. PMP certification is desirable.
• 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development with Phase 2 and 3 stage drug development projects and cross-functional project teams is preferred
• 7 years of hands-on project management experience at a fast-paced company is preferred
• Experience with timeline management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, P6)
• Critical thinking/problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressures of a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated development of leadership skills, collaborating and influencing cross-functionally

$200,000 - $268,800 USD
