Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking program management leadership to support the BridgeBio Neuromuscular team and the late-stage development and launch of BBP-418. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific subject preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical drug development with Phase 2/3 projects.
• 7+ years of hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with timeline management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, P6).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management activities including planning, risk management, and metrics.
• Lead Global Product Team and Global Development Team meetings; track actions.
• Foster leadership and strategic thinking within program teams.
• Champion best practices in program management using dashboards and templates.
• Report program information to Executive Team and stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-range planning and budget at the program level.
• Identify priority conflicts and propose resolution options.

What You'll Do

We are seeking program management leadership to support the BridgeBio Neuromuscular team and the late-stage development and launch of BBP-418.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to organize program priorities, support cross-functional collaboration and support high-quality execution. This position will be responsible for developing, organizing, managing, and driving integrated product development plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management related to our program(s).
• Effectively manage team meetings, including the Global Product Team and Global Development Team, by ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, capturing and disseminating meeting outcomes, information, and action items, and following up on critical actions with teams.
• Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen while setting high standards that drive alignment, collaboration, accountability, and goal achievement within Program teams.
• Identify and champion best practices in BBS Program Management, including the use of dashboards, templates, tools, and processes to drive efficiency, alignment, and effective planning.
• Reporting and presentation of program information to the Executive Team, functional heads, and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-range planning (LRP) and budgetary planning at the program level.
• Clearly and proactively anticipate, identify, track, communicate, and propose resolution options for discrepancies in priorities and plans, prioritize complex and multiple/conflicting responsibilities and/or issues.

Who You Are

• Master's degree in a scientific subject preferred. PMP certification is desirable.
• 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development with Phase 2 and 3 stage drug development projects and cross-functional project teams is preferred
• 7 years of hands-on project management experience at a fast-paced company is preferred
• Experience with timeline management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, P6)
• Critical thinking/problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressures of a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated development of leadership skills, collaborating and influencing cross-functionally

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

Salary

$200,000 - $268,800 USD
