Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Director of Scheduling/Material Planning/Logistics in Camden, AR. You will lead a team of logistics, scheduling and material management professionals, owning master production scheduling, demand planning and material control to ensure on-time delivery.

Role requires extensive experience in production planning, ERP systems, and cross-functional leadership; travel up to 20% and ability to obtain US security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive Scheduling/Planning and Logistics experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics, Scheduling and Material Management professionals.
• Own demand/material planning and Master Production Scheduling in ERP.
• Coordinate production scheduling, logistics and material flow to meet program requirements.
• Manage staffing, budgets and cross-functional coordination; ensure security clearance readiness.
• Oversee shipping, inventory control, cycle counts and material transfers.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related Scheduling/ Planning and Logistics experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
