Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
8–12+ years in manufacturing operations, supplier/partner development, or supply chain.
Experience structuring, negotiating, or managing joint ventures or major partnerships.
Willingness to travel 30–50%, including international trips.

Responsibilities

Lead Partner Network Development across processes, geographies, and capacity tiers.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners; negotiate JV and capacity partnerships.
Structure education/government partnerships to support talent pipelines.
Manage partner scorecards and continuous improvement with suppliers.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and executives on deal terms and risk.
Lead a team of partner managers and drive cross-functional alignment.
