Role Overview

The Director, Production will lead daily production activities, overseeing a team to deliver quality radiopharmaceuticals on schedule, and work with leadership to prepare for scalability towards commercialization and pipeline expansion. Reporting to the Director, Operations, key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership to production staff, including managers, supervisors, and operators.
• Collaborating on deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Representing production in technical transfers and project scheduling.
• Mentoring team members and ensuring GMP compliance.
• Developing performance metrics and managing budgets.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
• Reviewing technical documents and traveling up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing of injectables or radiopharmaceuticals.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience with production metrics and electronic systems (ERP, EQMS).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Skills and Physical Demands

• Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to work under pressure, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in lab environments with protective gear.
