Position: Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Reporting, Analytics, and BI

Responsibilities

1. Develop Market Insights, Formulate Strategy, and Planning:
   • Conduct market intelligence and competitive product analysis
   • Define problem space and target audiences
   • Formulate strategic plans
   • Develop and maintain a living business case
   • Establish KPIs
   • Design research plans
   • Perform cost-benefit analyses
   • Create roadmaps including vision, mission, and strategy stack
   • Plan product features: build, buy, or partner decisions; experience design
2. Agile Development:
   • Coordinate with Agile teams and Product Owners to align development with go-to-market plans
   • Support delivery, testing, and development processes
3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning:
   • Assist sales with RFP responses and meetings
   • Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral
   • Deliver client demonstrations and support client meetings
   • Work with pricing teams on product pricing strategies
   • Develop product bundling options for sales and account management
   • Create and deliver internal and external product trainings
4. Manage: Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience

• Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
• Experience with digital transformation and automation in healthcare technology
• Proficiency in standardized reporting, advanced analytics, and business intelligence
• End-to-end product management skills
• Business model creation expertise
