Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Reporting, Analytics, and BI

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Portfolio: Advanced Analytics capabilities within DomaniRx.

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop market insights, conduct market intelligence & competitive product intelligence
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy
• Develop lean business cases (living & breathing)
• Establish KPIs
• Create research plans
• Perform cost-benefit analysis
• Develop vision, mission, strategy stack, and roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner, experience map (feature sets, benefits)

Agile Development:

• Coordinate with Agile teams/PO to ensure development aligns with GTM plans and timing
• Consult with PO on delivery, development, and testing

GTM & Planning for new products:

• Support sales: RFP responses, sales meetings
• Collaborate with marketing for value proposition creation, collateral, etc.
• Create and deliver client demonstrations
• Engage in client support and meetings
• Work with pricing team to develop pricing strategies
• Create product bundling options for sales & account management
• Design and deliver internal and external product trainings

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
