Job Description

Position: Director, Product Strategy - DomaniRx, Reporting, Analytics, and BI

Location: Remote in specified states across the US

Portfolio: Advanced Analytics capabilities within DomaniRx.

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights, conduct competitive intelligence
• Define problem space and target audience
• Formulate strategy and develop business cases
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and cost-benefit analyses
• Create vision, mission, and product roadmaps
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping

Development & Planning:

• Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure alignment with GTM plans
• Support delivery and testing processes

GTM & Product Launch:

• Assist with sales support, RFP responses, and client meetings
• Collaborate with marketing on value propositions and collateral
• Create and deliver client demonstrations and training

Management:

• Oversee post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
• Experience in digital transformation and analytics
• BI and automation expertise
• End-to-end product management skills
