Adobe is seeking an experienced Director Product Manager to join Adobe Commerce product management team in San Jose. In this role, you will be leading a team of product managers, defining the long-term vision and strategy for Commerce Storefront, and driving capabilities to enable Agentic conversion across all emerging channels. Strong leadership skills will be required to drive consensus on requirements, deliver high quality outcomes, and maintain a fast pace of execution.
Success will be measured by near-term enterprise customer success, existing install base retention, and the ability to drive a differentiated vision into product reality for the long-term in a manner that drives near-term market momentum.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $172,400 – $334,500 annually. In California, the pay range is $231,000 – $334,500. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
