  • Lead global digital product initiatives including eCommerce, content integration, and personalization frameworks.
  • Continuously optimize the eCommerce funnel for both direct-to-consumer and partner-integrated solutions.
  • Expand capabilities across cart, checkout, customer loyalty, and subscription management to increase LTV and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to integrate ChefSteps and lifestyle content into immersive shopping experiences.
  • Translate long-term business objectives into detailed product roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.

  • Leverage customer data, user feedback, and market insights to iterate and evolve product strategies.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with global marketing, brand, UX and commercial teams to ensure web and eCommerce platforms support business goals.
  • Facilitate alignment with technical, analytics, and logistics functions to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Champion agile ways of working, with responsibility for backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.
Performance & Analytics
  • Define and track KPIs for customer engagement, sales conversion, and retention across all digital channels.
  • Employ A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel analysis to refine UX and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present executive dashboards and quarterly performance reviews.

  • Strong experience in subscription business models and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Deep understanding of product design principles, agile methodologies, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong technical fluency; ability to translate product requirements to cross-functional dev teams.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
