Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Case Servicing Strategy in New York, NY. The role requires juggling multiple stakeholders and rapidly learning new domains while guiding discovery and ideation with cross‑functional teams.
The candidate will translate business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products, leading cross‑functional collaboration with tech and product management to implement solutions. Eligible for incentive compensation along with base salary.

At Capital One, we are actively driving our servicing experiences toward this future state. The Manager, Product Management for Case Servicing Strategy will be responsible for looking across our servicing landscape to prioritize our highest leverage opportunities and prepare new experiences for development. This role requires a jack‑of‑all‑trades mentality. A successful associate will be able to manage many stakeholders, learn new domains quickly, expertly lead discovery and ideation, and partner with other product managers and tech teams for implementation.

Additionally, this role is eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
