Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 12 years in B2B pre‑sales/solutions consulting/product management with 8+ years in leadership.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong market research and customer needs assessment abilities.
  • Proven track record of product launches and GTM strategies.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market performance and adjust strategy.

The Director of Product Management leads the strategic vision and execution of a product portfolio of like products, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to launch by driving cross‑functional collaboration to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and align with business objectives, while fostering a strong customer‑centric approach and leading a high‑performing product management team. This role is critical in driving strong market adoption, competitive positioning, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with company goals, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and product portfolio roadmap creation.
  • Drive product portfolio positioning, pricing, and launch ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimized campaign support.
  • Collaborate effectively with segment leader, marketing, engineering and sales leadership to ensure seamless product portfolio development and launch.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, actively incorporating customer feedback into portfolio roadmap decisions.
  • Identify and monitor key product portfolio performance indicators (inclusive of pipeline and revenue), analyze data to inform portfolio strategy and decision‑making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product management associates, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high‑performance team culture.
Skills and/or Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Technology or related disciplines.
  • At least 12 years’ experience of B2B pre‑sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management or go‑to‑market roles on data analytics products / industry, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Proven track record of managing product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Analytical capabilities to assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Bias for action and results oriented, with proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with defined deadlines and prioritize own and team workload.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align go‑to‑market strategies with broader business goals.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, customer journey, and the role of product management in go‑to‑market success.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skill.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the industry and market trends relevant to the company’s products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, CRAFT).
