Omnicell, a leader in integrated hardware and software solutions for OR and ASC portfolios, seeks a Director of Product Management to own the full product lifecycle. You will mentor a high-performing team, translate market insights into a compelling vision, and drive go-to-market strategies across cross-functional partners.

• Define and champion long-term hardware and software product strategy and roadmap for the OR and ASC portfolio.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers to own product decisions end-to-end.
• Own development and commercialization of new hardware and software OR/ASC solutions, including pricing and go-to-market.
• Serve as product domain expert for OR and ASC medication management with customer insights guiding opportunities.
• Bridge Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product development and launch readiness.
• Drive data-informed prioritization across the roadmap to maximize value and growth.

Director of Product Management

The Director of Product Management is a strategic role responsible for the vision, strategy, and successful delivery of integrated hardware and software solutions for our OR and ASC portfolio. This individual will own the entire product lifecycle, driving sustained customer impact and market leadership. They will mentor and empower a high-performing team to execute end-to-end product decisions, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic vision across all cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the long‑term hardware and software product strategy and roadmap for the OR and ASC portfolio, translating market dynamics, technological trends, and customer insights into a compelling strategic vision.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer‑centric decision‑making. Empower the team to own product decisions and outcomes from ideation through commercialization.
• Own the development and commercialization of new hardware and software OR and ASC solutions, including market definition, pricing strategy, go‑to‑market execution, and overall business performance.
• Serve as the product domain expert for OR and ASC medication management, leveraging deep market, workflow, and competitive insights to identify, validate, and prioritize high‑value product opportunities through continuous customer engagement
• Act as the partner bridging Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch readiness, and consistent communication throughout the organization.
• Drive rigorous, data‑informed prioritization across the product roadmap to maximize customer value and accelerate business growth, effectively balancing technical debt, innovation, and feature delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with a focus on developing hardware and software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Product Managers
• Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing B2B hardware and software solutions
• Strategic thinking ability to connect market trends, customer needs, and company strategy into compelling product strategy and roadmaps
• Experience in leading product planning cycles, balancing short‑term execution with long‑term strategic bets
• Business acumen, including comfort with pricing strategies, go‑to‑market alignment, and cross‑functional leadership
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical, clinical, and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developing hardware and software products in Healthcare IT (HealthTech) or Medical Device space.

• Base Compensation: $160,860.00 to $210,000.00
