Onbe is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead strategic initiatives for their Payments offerings. You will be responsible for defining product strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet market demands and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, a proven track record in product strategy, and leadership skills to develop high-performing teams. Join our dynamic team as a Director of Product Management, where you'll lead and drive the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of Payments product offerings. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands‑on product management expertise. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure our products meet market demands, enhance customer experience, and align with our business objectives.
This role is hybrid and will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
The base salary range for this position is between $165,690.00 to $194,250.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus.
