We are looking for an innovative, technically savvy product leader with strong insurance or enterprise software experience to join our Product Management team. This role will lead the strategy and evolution of Vertafore’s Personal Lines Rating and Commercial Submissions products, with a focus on modernizing how agencies evaluate markets, quote, submit, and transact with carrier partners.
As a Director of Product Management, you will define the vision and roadmap for rating, submission, and carrier connectivity workflows across the Vertafore ecosystem. You will work closely with customers, carrier partners, Design, Engineering, and Product Leaders to improve end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, APIs, and data to create simpler, more efficient experiences.
You will operate both strategically and tactically, defining customer problems, setting roadmap priorities, aligning development teams, and maintaining a well-prepared backlog. You will also partner with Go-To-Market, Sales, Product Operations, and Carrier Relations to support successful launches and drive measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, retention, adoption, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction.
You will serve as an internal and external evangelist for the products, helping customers, carriers, sales teams, and partners understand the product vision, positioning, and value.
