A Hybrid schedule of both Remote and In-Office days is required. In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with working hours targeting our core business hours of 9am-5pm EST.

YOUR ROLE
  • The Director of Product Management - Membership will lead the strategy, development, and growth of CareScout's membership platform, a consumer-focused offering designed to help individuals and families navigate aging, caregiving, wellness, and long-term care needs. This leader will own the end-to-end member experience, including subscription offerings, care planning, clinical wellness services, care navigation, provider network benefits, Care Circle experiences, and ongoing member engagement.
  • This role is responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and translating company objectives into a scalable membership platform that delivers measurable value to members while driving business growth. The Director will oversee the development of digital experiences, service enablement capabilities, operational workflows, and platform integrations required to support CareScout's evolving membership ecosystem.

  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices (discovery, delivery, Agile).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
