YOUR ROLE

  • The Director of Product Management - Membership will lead the strategy, development, and growth of CareScout’s membership platform, a consumer-focused offering designed to help individuals and families navigate aging, caregiving, wellness, and long-term care needs. This leader will own the end-to-end member experience, including subscription offerings, care planning, clinical wellness services, care navigation, provider network benefits, Care Circle experiences, and ongoing member engagement.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Experience working across technical and business domains (e.g., customer experience, operations, data, finance systems).

  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices (discovery, delivery, Agile).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.

  • Experience building and scaling products in highly regulated industries, with a proven ability to navigate legal, compliance, privacy, and operational requirements while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
