What you'll do...
- Owns product vision and strategy for a complex product family. Leads multiple product teams through the full lifecycle—from discovery through value realization. Owns complex customer problems including upstream and downstream impacts. Manages cross-functional trade-offs at scale, develops product talent, and shapes organizational product practices. Accountable for financial outcomes and customer value delivery across the product family. Equivalent in scope and impact to Distinguished Product Manager on the IC track.
- Customer & Problem Leadership: Leads teams to develop deep customer and business understanding by institutionalizing research, journey mapping, and use of operational and financial data.
- Shapes high-impact problem statements and success metrics for complex product areas, ensuring work frames around measurable outcomes rather than feature outputs.
- Coaches product managers on structured discovery, opportunity sizing, and customer-centric prioritization to align roadmaps with portfolio and enterprise objectives.
- Builds and maintains consistent relationships with customers; proactively identifies needs; creates scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Owns product vision and strategy for a complex product family, connecting customer problems, business value, and technology capabilities into a clear multi-year direction.
- Translates vision into sequenced roadmaps by assessing impact, risk, dependencies, and trade-offs, including build / buy / partner decisions and platform reuse.
- Aligns stakeholders around strategic choices and outcomes, guiding teams through ambiguity with data and conviction.
- Owns P&L implications of product decisions; translates product strategy into financial outcomes and resource allocation recommendations.
- Product Lifecycle Management & Execution: Directs end-to-end execution across the product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Manages cross-functional trade-offs across Engineering, Design, and Business partners, balancing scope, technical feasibility, cost, quality, and time-to-value.
- Establishes standards for launch readiness, risk management, and value realization, including acceptance criteria, telemetry plans, and post-launch optimization.
- Manages roll out and scaling using MVP approach of complex products/features; navigates organizational and market constraints.
- Data & AI-Driven Decisions: Champions data-driven decision making by defining outcome-based metrics for the product family; guides teams on instrumentation, dashboards, and data quality.
- Guides teams in applying experimentation and A/B testing to validate assumptions, inform prioritization, and optimize experiences.
- Drives appropriate leverage of AI and data capabilities in both the product and the product development lifecycle (PDLC).
- Extracts insights and promotes the value of insight extraction from complex data analytics; independently drives product/feature analytics.
- People Leadership & Organizational Influence: Provides leadership to multiple product teams; sets expectations, establishes performance measures, and ensures alignment to departmental plans and enterprise strategy.
- Attracts, develops, and retains product talent through coaching, feedback, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Builds partnerships with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders; drives alignment through transparent communication.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
Minimum Qualifications...
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
