Job summary

Walmart is seeking a senior leader to own the Simulation Engine, a foundational platform for modeling, experimentation, and decision intelligence across fulfillment networks. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution, guiding engineering, data science, and business teams to scale what-if analyses and optimization.

You will work with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Ops to translate customer and operational needs into scalable product strategies, driving measurable impact and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 11+ or 13+ years of product management experience or related area.
• Experience leading complex technical products and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Simulation Engine’s product vision and roadmap.
• Translate fulfillment challenges into scalable simulation and optimization capabilities.
• Lead AI-assisted workflows for scenario generation, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, data contracts, and governance.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and business teams on analytics and decisioning.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
