Job summary

Capital Health Plan in Tallahassee, Florida seeks a full-time Director of Product Lifecycle & Readiness to drive strategic product initiatives and organizational readiness. This leadership role oversees planning, readiness reviews, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across departments to deliver healthcare products with excellence.

You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, IT, and Analytics to ensure on-time, compliant product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years in healthcare operations, product operations, or related fields.
• Strong project, program, and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with regulatory filing coordination and readiness programs; MS Office; Florida Health Insurance License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Capital Health Plan's annual product lifecycle.
• Coordinate readiness reviews with stakeholders and monitor milestones.
• Identify and resolve risks and dependencies affecting timelines.
• Guide regulatory and materials readiness efforts and develop executive dashboards.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Enrollment, Operations, IT, and Analytics.

THE TYPE OF DIRECTOR, PRODUCT LIFECYCLE & READINESS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, product operations, managed care operations, compliance operations, program management, project management, business transformation, readiness management, or a related field
• Strong project, program, and cross-functional leadership experience
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience in health insurance or managed care environments, lifecycle management, regulatory filing coordination, readiness programs, relevant industry certifications, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and a Florida Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within six months is preferred.

In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the central force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of Capital Health Plan’s annual product lifecycle. You’ll facilitate readiness reviews with stakeholders, monitor critical milestones, resolve risks and dependencies, guide regulatory and materials readiness efforts, developing executive dashboards, and partnering with teams across Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Enrollment, Operations, IT, and Analytics.
