Director, Associate General Counsel for Security, Observability and Data Platform. You will build trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners, translating complex issues into practical guidance, and leading your team

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree with bar admission.
• 10-12+ years of legal experience in enterprise tech, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or observability.
• 5+ years leading attorneys and legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire the legal teams supporting the SBG units with clear priorities.
• Advise senior executives on product development, technology strategy, and go-to-market matters.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Develop scalable legal strategies enabling innovation while managing risk across security software and cloud offerings.
• Collaborate with Product Legal and cross-functional teams to align legal support with business goals.
