Job summary

The Director, Product Development at Walmart Sam's Club leads strategic product portfolios from strategy through commercialization, translating member insights into differentiated products. This role partners across Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to align priorities and accelerate speed to market.

You will build and guide high‑performing teams, shape an innovation pipeline, and balance quality, value, cost, and speed to market while driving growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
• 1 year's supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for a complex Member's Mark portfolio.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align priorities.
• Shape an innovation pipeline informed by insights and trends.
• Drive portfolio performance balancing quality, value, cost, and speed to market.
• Champion transformation and continuous improvement.
