Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Engineering to guide the development and delivery of innovative IT products.

You will align technical strategy with business goals, oversee engineering and product management, and drive lifecycle management from concept to launch with a focus on scalability, security, and quality. You will lead multiple teams, collaborate with offshore colleagues, champion Agile practices, and present strategic roadmaps to executives, ensuring timely delivery

• Drive the adoption of Agile practices and ensure the team delivers on time and within budget. Utilize metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Define and present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including architecture, cyber security, and other platform teams.
