Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, or related field with 5+ years in design/merchandising/marketing
• Or 7+ years in design/merchandising/marketing with 1 year supervisory experience
• Supervisory experience required

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or
