Job summary

21GRAMS is seeking a senior product designer to own the design vision across a portfolio of client engagements. You will partner with cross-functional leadership to frame opportunities, define roadmaps, and establish measurable outcomes.

You will lead discovery, set high bars for interaction and visual design, and oversee scalable design systems with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility. You will coach designers and advance the Product Design practice with reusable methods and evolving tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product design vision and experience strategy across a portfolio of complex client engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to frame opportunities, define roadmaps, and establish measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery and definition activities including stakeholder alignment and journey framing.
• Set and uphold a high bar for interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end experience coherence.
• Oversee scalable design systems and ensure accessibility from the start using WCAG 2.2 AA principles.
• Use qualitative research and analytics to evaluate design decisions and recommend iteration.
• Manage, coach, and develop product designers through clear expectations and actionable feedback.
• Create an environment of strong critique, psychological safety, and accountability.
• Improve the Product Design practice through reusable methods, templates, and responsible adoption of emerging tools.
