Job summary
ADP is seeking a Product Communications Director to sit within the Global Media Relations & Public Affairs team in a hybrid role based three days on-site in Roseland, NJ. This senior partner will craft external narratives around ADP’s products, partnerships, and innovations, translating business priorities into announcements and media moments.
The ideal candidate will be a strategist, storyteller and media expert, able to turn complex product and AI concepts into clear narratives for customers,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in communications or Corporate Communications.
- Proven experience leading product launches and integrated comms strategies.
- Strong media relations and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience with senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to translate complex product/AI/HR concepts into clear narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop external communications for product launches, enhancements and partnerships.
- Lead messaging, media strategy, executive positioning and launch plans.
- Counsel senior product and business leaders on positioning and timing.
- Translate complex technology topics into compelling stories for multiple audiences.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal and external agencies to drive coverage.
