We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to lead the development and management of our performance analytics platform. This role involves utilizing AI capabilities, including natural language processing (NLP), to create and improve AI-driven reporting products. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions that generate value for large, successful companies.

US Citizenship is required for this role, as it supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor. Proof of US citizenship will be required at the time of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the Reporting, Analytics & AI Platform, aligning with business goals and market trends.
2. Platform Development: Lead the evolution of scalable reporting, analytics, and AI capabilities with a focus on cost-effective scalability.
3. Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to prioritize features that improve usability, adoption, and impact.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to develop innovative solutions supporting reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
5. Customization & Governance: Establish governance for customization to ensure solutions are configurable yet scalable and cost-effective.
6. AI & Advanced Analytics: Lead integration of AI/ML to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
7. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and optimize platform performance continually.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in analytics, reporting, and AI-driven platforms. Knowledge of data platforms, BI tools, AI/ML applications, and enterprise reporting solutions (AWS technologies a plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication, proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, and experience managing products lifecycle.
• Additional Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, project management, customer focus, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
