Job description

Resource Data Management:
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Resource Data Management organization, specializing in Utility Expense and Data Management, aligned with company objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, strategy, delivery, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize offerings.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives and board members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

The primary functions and responsibilities are similar and are consolidated for clarity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education/Certifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years relevant experience in product management.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven success in launching and managing B2B consumer-facing products, especially in Financial, Energy, or Sustainability sectors.
  • Exceptional design and marketing skills, with ability to integrate into product management.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.

The pay range is $108,800 - $182,850, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week.
  • Remote work preferred, with some travel up to 10%.
  • Must meet ergonomic and safety requirements.
