Job summary

American Institute Of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) seeks a senior CCPS leader to drive North American growth, deepen member engagement, and expand retention. You will guide regional business development and lead delivery of CCPS programs across conferences, regional meetings, and assessments.

The role is remote across the US with monthly hybrid presence in New York, about 20% travel, and requires strong leadership in process safety.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with process safety leadership
• Proven program management and execution track record
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Experience in global and cross-cultural environments
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth, retention, and engagement strategy across North America
• Manage relationships with 150+ member organizations
• Develop and execute targeted engagement plans for key members
• Drive recruitment of new member companies and regional business development
• Oversee full membership lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention
• Deliver CCPS programs: conferences, regional meetings, workshops, assessments
• Provide global technical leadership and engage with AIChE divisions
• Manage regional budget, staff, and consultants
