Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Operations Leader focused on AOP governance, QA cadence, and knowledge management. You will lead a team to ensure clear ownership, defined processes, and timely triage for surfaced gaps, partnering with product to keep AOPs aligned with feature changes.

The role requires building trusted reporting for leadership on deflection and resolution quality, and establishing a scalable governance structure with named owners and due dates across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare operations, consulting, or services.
• Experience with operational governance, QA, or documentation frameworks.
• 3+ years leading teams in high-growth environments and cross-functional forums.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team executing AOP build, governance, and knowledge management.
• Own AOP governance, QA cadence, and cross-functional triage to assign owners.
• Partner with Product to keep AOPs updated with feature changes.
