Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT security experience with 3+ years in PAM.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with DevSecOps toolchains and integrating PAM with CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day governance of privileged accounts and access policies.
• Define least-privilege, zero-trust, and zero-standing-access principles.
• Oversee on-boarding, rotation, vaulting, and monitoring of privileged accounts.
• Administer PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and automate credential rotation.
• Implement just-in-time access, break-glass processes, and session recording.
• Collaborate with SOC, security, and audit teams on threat detection and compliance.
