Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Privileged Access Management to lead governance, security, and operational excellence across privileged accounts. You will oversee CyberArk, Delinea, and Beyond Trust deployments, enforce least privilege, just-in-time provisioning, and secure credential management while aligning with compliance requirements.

You will mentor a technical team, collaborate with SOC, IT, audit, and cloud groups, and drive PAM optimization for on-prem and cloud assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT security experience with 3+ years in PAM.
• 5+ years of managing technical teams.
• Experience with major PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).
• DevSecOps toolchains & CI/CD integration experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR.
• Experience securing high-risk and critical systems.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to lead threat detection & incident response related to access.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day governance and privileged account operations.
• Define access management policies based on least privilege and zero trust.
• Manage onboarding, rotation, vaulting, and monitoring of privileged accounts.
• Administer PAM tools (CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Delinea).
• Oversee credential rotation and discovery of privileged accounts.
• Implement just-in-time access and break-glass processes.
• Ensure privileged session recording and centralized logging.
• Collaborate with SOC and cybersecurity teams on threats.
• Coordinate with audit/compliance and PAM vendors.
• Define cloud transformation plans for PAM across on-prem and cloud environments.
