Job summary

BNY is seeking a Director to lead the Private Equity Fund Accounting team in Lake Mary, Florida, overseeing NAV, fund performance, expense allocation, and client reporting. You will manage the unit's people and budget, shape the strategic approach to NAV across funds, and maintain high client service levels while contributing to sales activities including RFPs and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of total work experience with 3–5 years in management.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct a Fund Accounting area with teams handling NAV, fund performance, expenses, and client reporting.
• Manage financial and human resources to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Develop NAV guidelines across funds and ensure consistency across product areas.
• Oversee client relationship management, issue resolution, and RFP/RFI participation.
