IQ-EQ is seeking a Director to join our fund administration team in New York. You will guide client relationships across multiple private equity funds, oversee fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team.

Formación

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships.

As a Director on our fund administration team, you'll work directly with leading private equity clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. You'll oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.

What you'll do

• You’ll lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• You’ll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.

• You’ll prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.

• The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($107,000-$170,000).

Requirements

• You bring over 10 years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, giving you a solid foundation for your work.
• You consistently deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
• You apply your expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.
