Oklahoma State University in Stillwater invites applications for the Director of the Oklahoma Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (OADDL). This is an exceptional opportunity to provide visionary leadership to a full‑service veterinary diagnostic laboratory, guide growth, and uphold the highest standards of service and collaboration.

Requirements include a DVM (or equivalent) with an advanced degree and at least five years’ direct experience directing a veterinary diagnostic laboratory.

• DVM (or equivalent) and an advanced degree.
• At least five years’ experience in a veterinary diagnostic laboratory or relevant work experience.
• At least five years directing/supervising experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for OADDL.
• Administrative and fiscal oversight of resources and sustainability.
• Develop strategies to expand diagnostic services, revenue, partnerships, and client base.
• Maintain high-quality, timely, and innovative diagnostic services; ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Support teaching, training, and service missions within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
